Deposit & Payment

Upon submitting your deposit of 50% of the amount due, your space in the retreat is reserved. This is a non-refundable deposit due April 4th. You are considered responsible for the remaining balance of the retreat no later than April 20, 2023. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the final payment is not fulfilled on or before the due date.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your retreat, the required $1000 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Full refund, less deposit, will be given if you notify us by

April 20, 2023

Official cancellations must be made in writing to tamelakemp@gmail.com A cancellation made by March 1st will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellation 1 month prior to the retreat start date (April 1, 2023) will receive 50% refund minus the deposit. Cancellation 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date will receive no refund. We apologize, but absolutely no refunds can be given at that time unless you have someone to transfer your spot.

 

*If you find someone to fill your spot, you can transfer it to them and receive a full refund less deposit.
